جنوب الأميركيين كانوا نجوم ريال مدريد في كأس التحدي في ساو باولو!
Daniele Hypolito is a Brazilian gymnast who impressed everyone with her three gold medals at the Sao Paulo World Challenge Cup in Brazil.
Daniele Hypolito is 30 and she intends to get retired after the Olympic Games in Rio. But her performances are still very impressing. This time she took first places at Vault, Balance Beam and Floor Exercise. Another Brazilian gymnast, Rebeca Andrade, got the silver medal at Uneven Bars and the bronze medal at Balance Beam. Her achievements are also very great although she is only 19 years old.
The competitions in Sao Paulo are one of ten most important FIG World Challenge Cups this year. Perhaps it inspired the South Americans to perform incredibly well. Venezuela’s Jessica Lopez achieved the gold medal at Uneven Bars. Moreover, she was qualified for her third Olympic Games.
In the competitions for men, the Brazilians turned out to be the best again. Three Brazilian gymnasts took gold medals - 2012 Olympic gold medallist Arthur Zanetti prevailed on Rings, Arthur Mariano on Vault and All-around contender Sergio Sasaki, recently returned from an ACL injury, on High Bar.
Japan's Kaito Imabayashi, a newcomer on the international scene, earned himself a full set of medals at his first-ever World Challenge Cup: gold on Pommel Horse, silver on High Bar and bronze on Still Rings. With Chile's Tomas Gonzalez earning gold on Floor and Colombia's Jossimar Calvo triumphing on Parallel Bars, Imabayashi stood out as the only non-South American gymnast to stand atop the podium in Sao Paulo.
